Shipping and Returns


Free Shipping for orders above $75 does not include Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii has shipping costs that are determined by weight and location. You will be able to view shipping costs for these states during checkout.

Orders received Monday-Friday by 3:30 PM EST, on in stock items will usually ship the same day. Once your order has been shipped, an order tracking number will be emailed to you via UPS Quantum View service the same evening. This email includes an estimated arrival date and your tracking number. Click on the highlighted link to be forwarded to the UPS website where you can view your shipping details.

Orders received after 3:30 PM EST will be shipped the following day and you will receive you're tracking number the same evening. All orders received after 3:30 PM EST on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. You can also contact us directly Toll Free at 1-800-726-2310 or email us for more information.

You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund provided your order has not been processed. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been processed the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Please refer to our Return Policies & Procedures below. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed restocking and other applicable fees.

UPS, FedEx and other major carriers will not ship to a P.O. Box address, a physical address is required. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D.

Shipping outside of the U.S.

We do ship to APO/ FPO and internationally but unfortunately these types of orders cannot be completed online. We hope to have this service available in the future.

Most all our products are designed to fit American domestic and import vehicles. So remember to include as much vehicle or part information as possible in the area provided on our contact form. We'll try to use this information to verify our parts will fit your vehicle before an order is placed.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Damaged Shipments

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged or lost in transit products must be made to the respective carrier.


Do not return merchandise without contacting us first, all returns most have prior approval and include a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise received by us without prior approval will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.

Please email our returns department with the subject line "Request Return Authorization Number". In the body of the email, include your name, reason for return, and invoice number. We will email your RMA number, specific instructions, and a shipping address for you to return your product.

Please keep the following information in mind as it applies to your return. Most merchandise can be returned within 21 days of the original ship date for any reason provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and must be in salable condition. Any product that is over 21 days of the original ship date is non-returnable.

All authorized returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being issued. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns. There are no refunds or returns on special order parts, electrical parts, this includes compressor clutch assemblies, and clutch coils. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No credit will be issued for shipping charges.
