Return Policy
Do not return merchandise without contacting us first, all returns most have prior approval and include a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise received by us without prior approval will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
All requests for returns should be emailed to our returns department at info@autoaironline.com with the subject line “Request Return Authorization Number”. Make sure you include your name and invoice number. We will email your RMA number, specific instructions, and a shipping address for you to return your product.
Please keep the following information in mind as it applies to your return. Most merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the original ship date for any reason provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and must be in salable condition. Any product that is over 14 days of the original ship date is non-returnable.
All authorized returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being issued. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns. There are no refunds or returns on electrical parts, this includes clutches, and special order parts. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No credit will be issued for shipping charges.
