How do I find parts for my vehicle on your website?
Finding a/c parts on our website is easy. Below is an illustration, the same as the one on our homepage. This is where you would select your vehicle year, make, model, and engine size.
If your vehicle is not listed on our website, or your vehicle is listed, but no parts are available, it means we have not entered them into our database at this time. Give us a call Toll Free at 1-800-726-2310 or email us your inquiry. We would be more then happy to quote you a price, let you know the availability, or answer any other questions you might have.
Select your vehicle information starting with the year first by positioning mouse pointer on
either the word Select, or on the down arrow button and left click. Use this same method to
select your Vehicle Make, Model, and Engine Size.
After you have selected all your vehicle information, click on the search button and you will be redirected to the page where the parts for your vehicle are listed.
My vehicle is not listed, or my vehicle is listed but there are no parts available, what should I do?
We add vehicle information and a/c parts to our website on a daily basis. If your vehicle is not listed, or your vehicle is listed, but no parts are available, it means we have not entered them into our database at his time. Is there a warranty on the products you sell?
Yes. All automotive air conditioning components sold on our website have a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
Are the a/c parts that you sell new, or remanufactured? How can I find this out before I place an order?
All our a/c components are new with the exception of some compressors.
We include this information in the parts description. It is located just under the part name of every item we sell. You can also contact us before placing an order Toll Free at 1- 800-726-2310 or email us if you have any questions or concerns.
Do your compressors come with refrigerant oil pre-installed? If not, how much is required? What type of lubricant do I use? Where do I find the refrigerant and lubrication specifications for my vehicle?
When it comes to automotive a/c compressors these days you never know what to expect. Some OEM and Aftermarket manufacturers of new and remanufactured compressors ship them from the factory with enough lubricant for the entire a/c system, while others may be shipped dry or contain a few ounces or less.
The installer will need to determine if the replacement compressor actually does contain any refrigerant oil, and if so, how much. However, we do provide and easy to follow guide on how to go about determining this with every compressor we sell. These instructions will include step by step installation procedures and your vehicles total refrigerant & lubrication capacities. This information also includes the type of refrigerant (Freon), refrigerant oil type, and viscosity that should be installed.
Do your compressors come with clutch & pulley?
Yes, all of our new and remanufactured compressors come complete with clutch & pulley.
Will I be charged a compressor core charge, and if so how much?
No, there is no core charge.
Do I have to return the old compressor?
No, you do not have to return the old compressor.

How do I know if your company received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email almost immediately on completion of your order. You will also receive a follow-up email, from a member of our staff shortly thereafter. If you do not receive an email, then you should contact us at 1- 800-726-2310 as soon as possible.
How can I be sure the a/c parts I am ordering are going to be the right ones for my vehicle?
We check every order we receive to make sure the a/c parts you requested are the right ones for your vehicle before they're shipped. But it is also important that you keep the following in mind during the checkout process.
- Remember to include your vehicle information; the year, make, model, and engine size in the area provided at the bottom of our checkout page.
- Some vehicles may use more then one compressor type. This can depend on many factors, such as the vehicle having factory installed air, dealer installed air, with or without rear air conditioning, production dates, plant assembly, etc.
- If this happens to be the case, then we may need to contact you for more vehicle information.
- Make sure your contact information is correct. You can also leave us a message in our customer comments area during the checkout process to let us know how you prefer to be contacted; by phone, fax, or email and the best time to reach you.
- We will only contact you if more vehicle information is needed or to let you know if a part ordered is out of stock
When will my order be shipped? How do I find out the status of my order?
If your order was received Monday-Friday by 3:30 PM EST, on in stock items your order will usually ship the same day. Once your order has been shipped, an order tracking number will be emailed to you via UPS Quantum View service the same evening. In this email is an estimated arrival date, your tracking number is also highlighted. Just click on this highlighted link to be forwarded to the UPS website where you can view your shipping details.
Orders received after 3:30 PM EST will be shipped the following day and you will receive you’re tracking number the same evening. All orders received after 3:30 PM EST on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. You can also contact us directly Toll Free at 1- 800-726-2310 or email us if you need further information.
Will my order be complete when it arrives or do you ship partial orders and send the backordered parts later on?
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain items.
- In the event that this should occur, we will try to ship your complete order from another warehouse that is closest to your shipping address.
- If we cannot fill your order we will contact you before shipping.
- This will allow you to make the decision on whether or not to cancel the entire order, cancel the out-of-stock items and ship what we do have, holding off shipment of the entire order until all the products are available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available.
- No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for partial shipments.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Many of our suppliers have warehouse locations throughout the U.S... Whenever possible we will try to ship your order from a warehouse that is nearest you.
However, if your order is shipped from our location here in Florida, then it would depend on the UPS shipping option you request during the checkout process. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, etc., need no explanation.

How do I obtain a copy of my order receipt/invoice?
If you do not receive an invoice or you need a copy email us we will send you one.
Product wasn't delivered, what should I do?
Please contact your local carrier (UPS, FedEx) immediately if you meet one of the following criteria. You will need your order tracking number.
- The shipment detail displays delivered but you have not received the package.
- You have not received all of your packages.

How do I cancel my order?
Most orders are processed immediately, so there is no guarantee that we can after it is placed. But give us a call at 1-800-726-2310 or email us and we will do what we can to cancel your order before it is shipped.
How do I return a product?
Please review our Return Policy. After you have reviewed the return policy email us. Our returns department will email you specific instructions and address to return your product.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
No, a physical address is required. UPS, FedEx and other major carriers will not ship to a P.O. Box address.

Yes, we do ship internationally. International orders must contact us by phone during normal business hours to place an order.
Do you ship to US Military APO addresses?

What is your shipping method and how much does it cost to ship?
We ship orders via UPS regular ground service. If your order requires a higher priority, you can request one of the many shipping options offered by UPS during the checkout process. We also offer Fed Ex and USPS (U.S. Mail); please contact us for more details.
To find out what shipping costs are for your order, click on the “Add to Cart” button next to the item you would like to purchase. This will automatically redirect you to the "View Cart" page. Enter your "Zip Code" in the Shipping Calc box and click on the calculator and all UPS shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed in real-time.
Can I request special shipping instructions (i.e. No signature required or leave package on the back porch)?
Yes. You can enter your requests in our customer comments area during the checkout process and we will include them in the shipping details.
But since we cannot guarantee that the carrier will always follow through on this request. We suggest that after you receive your order tracking number you contact the carrier with your request.
